The Challenge

Build, brand, and pitch a brand-new digital product to investors. Musicians need real collaborators, not another social feed that rewards going viral. Design an MVP and a sustainable revenue model that could realistically raise capital.

The Approach

    Diagnosed the gap: existing platforms are built for content, not collaboration.

    Defined an MVP focused on five high-leverage features: Discover, Connections, Search, DMs, Profiles.

    Modeled a freemium + premium revenue stack, benchmarked against Vampr's $3.4M acquisition.

  4. 04

    Sized an $80K raise across MVP build, launch marketing, ops, and a 12.5% contingency.

The Outcome

Year 1 revenue projection of $35K scaling to $220K by Year 3 through subscriptions, partnerships, and promoted placement.
