Off the clock.

Music taught me how to listen for what's missing. Fly fishing taught me how to wait for it. Both sharpen the same skills I use in strategy: patience, observation, preparation, and the courage to commit when the moment shows up.

Music

Grove / Play Dead / OJ

Created a blues/rock band in 2023, a Jam band, and a DJ duo in 2025. I play bass, sing, DJ, and manage. We've played fraternity and sorority events, legendary local venues, and private parties. We grew our crowd by treating the marketing like a campaign instead of an afterthought.

Fly Fishing

From Texas flats to Colorado tailwaters

Tarpon and redfish on the Gulf Coast, rainbows and browns on the Front Range tailwaters. It's where I learned that patience isn't passive; it's active and observant. The same kind of qualities that great strategy rewards.
